zdrdPkCnJeD posted on 28th Mar 2012right for the last couple nmoths ive just been throwing some weights around. my body seems pumped and defined and people ask me if im on steroids because i was real skinny before i started throwing em about. now i know the route to gaining real muscle is through nutrition. if i eat 6 cans of tuna a day ( each can with 26g of protein inn) and also the obv stuff like wholemeal bread for ya carbs. i know its hard to say cos everyones diff. but does anyone know how much change i will see in my body !btw if any spellings wrong cos i typed it fast
